Any fix for this issue? making it stay constant open?
or having Add in in the micorosoft for word?

The feature Add/Edit Citation dialog closes each time you select and insert a reference to your doc, rather then be floating all the time or itegrated into word as and add-in option (ie like in Mendeley app). This makes inserting ref. tedious to the working document.

You can assign a keyboard shortcut to open the citation dialog.
