Syncing error - after moving files from one folder to another

Hi Zotero - working on organizing a bunch of research files, and the app sync stopped working. In particular, I moved files from one collection to a second collection, and then removed files from the first collection. Afterward, Zotero wouldn't sync. Here's my error report: 400485965
Any help is so appreciated!

You tried restarting your computer as indicated?

@anniebpowers: If you're still seeing this after restarting your computer, can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for a sync that triggers this?

Hi! Thanks for your help. Restart didn't work but now the error message is slightly different, it's below. New report ID: 1287928810

Trying a Debug ID right now, will send through when it's done trying to sync!

OK, try again now.

(You have a large video file that's taking a long time to upload, and that was causing an error after some recent changes.)

Thank you!!! Will try it momentarily. By chance can you point me to the name of the video so I can find it remove it?

You can paste AR3DWXGD into the Zotero search bar in All Fields & Tags mode to see the attachment in question. If you don't want it, you can delete it and empty the trash.
